With little to no presence in Canada as a brand, dentsu looked to us to help it with the global deployment and supervision of its network branding, new website, intranet and new business tools. We worked with teams in London, New York and Warsaw on the new website, and then created an intranet site with SharePoint that provided a complete library of internal templates, communications and branding elements for 15 brands, supporting better communication between the teams and the brands in Canada.

 

To stimulate brand attachment amongst team members, we created an internal newsletter using MailChimp on which employees could send in news, announcements, contests and press coverage.

 

In 2017, all divisions moved into a single building. The team needed a welcome kit to generate excitement and momentum around a merging of the brands at one Montreal address. We created a welcome card for guests that explained the new corporate environment and accompanied it with a pot of urban honey harvested from the roof. Here are a few examples of great eye-catching projects we completed together. They've since revamped their website with new branding.
